The First Rule: Board of Directors Composition at JTC Logistics Transportation and
Stevedoring Company (K.S.C.P)

Board Composition

The Company is managed by a Board of Directors formed in accordance with the Articles of
Association and the resolutions of the General Assembly, considering the CMA’s requirements
regarding board composition, balance of membership, and availability of appropriate experience
and qualifications.

The current Board consists of five (5) non-executive members, including one independent
member, possessing diverse expertise in management, finance, investment, and operations,
enabling the Board to effectively perform its strategic and supervisory duties.

Furthermore, Sheikh Ali has held several
previous administrative and executive roles
in various companies and institutions such as
being the General Manager of Rihana General
Trading & Contracting Company from 2009 to
2017, and a member of the board of Educational
Holding Group Company from 2017 to 2019.

Sheikh Sabah holds a bachelor’s degree in
business administration & management from
Kuwait University.
Mr. Sulaiman Member of Non-Executive Mr. Sulaiman Al-Rubaie has more than 21 years 28/09/2022

Ithaca, New York.
