Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting Supervisor : Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• To lead a team of technical / manual personnel and maintain harmonious working relationships.
• To interpret instructions and related information into meaningful and accurate work directives, drawings, and guidelines.
• To plan & schedule labor, material, and equipment efficiently and within set time frames
• To maintain effective lines of communication between the implementation and execution functions
• To maintain and enforce a safe working environment
• To help maintain client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
| Educational Qualifications | Diploma / ITI (Mechanical / Automobile Engineering) |
| Experience | 5 years in heavy equipment / logistics industry |
| Other Skills | Computer Knowledge. Must Have Kuwait Driving License |
| Language Skills | English (Speak, Read & Write), Arabic added |
